If by "Mobile TV" you mean those videoclips the mobile operators allow you to stream or download, then yes, both with Vodafone NZ (GSM) and Telecom NZ (CDMA).
I think this is hardly "mobile TV", since they are just bits of a program.
When operators offer full time TV content on mobile then it's another story. But for this to work ok, the best option would be digital sattelite distribution, with the mobile operator simply switching the account on or off with a monthly fixed subscription.
Nope - we don't have anything remotely close to Mobile TV - DVB-h or DMB.
If Vodafone UK is doing something along those lines we may end up seeing something - depending on how much the infrastructure costs and the success of it in the UK.
It will be interesting to see how it turns out - the consultants/analysts community appears to be 50/50 on whether any form of MobileTV will succeed in the next few years. Many of them are picking it to end up like WAP - lots of operators and handset makers pimping it, but hardly any end-users giving it a go.
