if vodafone wanted to could they not bill people for data usage for a certain app? my friend was thinking of making an iPhone IM app and he was thinking of making an income by selling advertising that is displayed inside the app and he was wondering if vodafone could not bill users for data when using the app in exchange for a percentage of the advertising revenue.
