My in-laws are using the "Email Carbon Copy of VM to..." option. Is there an option to delete the VM after sending this email? They never retrieve the VM through the phone so now and then their VM box gets full.

My understanding is there is no option to auto delete on forwarding, and yes, it is a dumb idea not to have such a feature.

maverick: You need more understanding then Nate
You can never have enough Volvos!
maverick: THis option is there via VFX Manager which allows you to forward your Voice to EMail not Carbob Copy,
NB .....this effectively moves VM to a email service only ! i.e there will not be VM indication on the phone or Voice Mail stored on the server,
The option to forward to EMail is only open via VFX Manager.
