In the last week or so my torrents have flattened out at 130kps - this has never happened before and no amount of tweaking seems to affect it. Has anyone else noticed this?
I'm not on Torrent, but I do believe the T&C allows them to do that. Perhaps XNet had to at the end of the month when people try to use up their allowance/cap. See how it goes over the weekend.
