Unable to authenticate again, no issues on my line. Had this issue a few times and it's getting annoying.

When I asked them about it they tell me the gateway has fallen over and won't allow authentication to happen.

Anyone else having trouble?

Yup, I concur, yet another outage. Useless service... I wonder if they've started using the XT network?

If anyone can recommend another ISP with good naked DSL plans please let me know!

I'll jump ship at the drop of a hat now.

Yes there was another outage, at least there was in the wellington region. This one hasn't been posted on their network status page. If it wasn't such a hassle to switch, I would do it yesterday.

You will see by other threads that there was multiple ISP effecting issue that had nothing to do with individual ISP networks....so perhaps something related to a common delivery..... Wonder what that could be ?

We do not have the official notification from Telecom as of yet.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.
