Just a FYI the new My Vodafone is now live for postpay customers hope you find the user experience a lot better

I no longer seem to able to topup my prepay. When I log in to my vodafone it goes to a page asking me to add access to accounts. When I try to add the prepay it comes up with a message;


"service unavailable
 

Sorry, the service you requested is not available at present.

Please try again later, or contact our Customer Service on 0800 800 021 or 777 free from your mobile."

My number used to be on account but is now prepay.
Appreciate any help.

It worked before. Shouldn't have changed the ability to topup a prepay should it?

Very nice John! Much faster and easier to use then the old setup. Suppose I should pay my bill while I'm logged in...

Well it actually looks like it works - I can finally see how much data my vodem has used on the insurance MB's.

Looks like finnaly a job well done, will have to see how it works out....

You can pay 5 accounts with 1 credit card this was changed along time ago
