Today I've noticed that me and all of my friends on Vodafone that I've spoken to, are having issues.

Either messages are late, slow to send, or are recieved multiple times.

ANyone else having this issue?

Yes, received multiple repeating messages today originating from Vodafone and terminating on my Telecom connection.
