Anyone else frustrated with the changes to the plans the other day?

I had decided i was gonna sign up for the local pack2 on Wednesday, but now found out when i went in today, VF have changed the plans, so instead of getting 3GB, its now 4GB (which is good) accept if i go over the 4gb its now $30 (which doubles my data), instead of $10 on the old plan(3gb-$10double), I inquired about signing up for the old plan but apparently its a no go, and $30 is just too much incase I go over,

Also if you look at the packs on the website, it seems pretty inconsistent, local pack1, doesn't mention how much extra it is if you go over you cap, local pack 2 is now $30 (instead of $10 the other day), national pack 1 doesn't say how much the cost is, and national pack 2 still says $10 ?!?!   would be easier if they just offered dialup speeds

I signed up to both around July (?) last year and have been very happy, although I knew from day one that 1GB was not going to be enough, I use around 1.5 to 1.8GB a month. So every month I have paid the extra $10.

Last month I called about changing up to 3 GB, which they said they could in a months time, but this delay caused me to "think about it", and then I've been busy so never called back. What a lucky save now plans have been upgraded.

But my question is, since I signed to 1GB plan which has now become 2gb, does this mean from next month on I will get 2gb/month, or will I be stuck on 1gb for the next year?
