Got a spam txt from a 021 number this morning.  Turns out it is for a low power fm radio station (but nonetheless) it's spam.   Is this a breach under Vodafone's T&C's?

Txt was sent at 6:20am this morning

*update* turns out it's someone I know.. Still, hassling them out now about txt spamming people.

Well if the person is known to you in passing, but you're not exactly aquaintances.

Its also spam when the message is worded in such a way that it's clearly written to be read by not just myself.

I forgot about the number porting.. so my bad there.. but still consider this txt spam

From memory you can forward the message to short code SPAM... checkout spam.govt.nz for more info
