How recently did she change?

If you TXT her number to 300 do you get a response saying the number is on Vodafone or Telecom?

.. well her number will continue to retain the 027 prefix but if its on the vodafone network it should now be being charged at the vodafone rates, providing that it has actualy been ported

if your still being charged the non voda rates, either the number hasnt been ported correctly or there is a billing error somewhere... id call voda and see what they say

Give Vodafone a call on 777 - I have seen this problem before in store and usually it's caused by the port not going 100% through on Telecom's End.

As SBiddle said, txt the number to 300 to doublecheck it's coming up as a Vodafone Number, alternatively get the person to pop into a Vodafone Store and get it checked out, this shouldn't be happening Tongue out
