I got a letter from Vodafone the other day that they are upgrading my plan from the 1gb anytime plan to the 2gb super plan.

My understanding is that it would happen on the plan roll over date. However that happened for me on the 20th and it still says i'm on the 1gb plan.

Any ideas short of a protracted call to the other side of the world?

What I was getting when in the same situation, I have not changed plans, ... as did not need so much data, but what I was getting is the 1GB than data insurance for free this than made it up to 2GB, for the same cost as I was not charged for the data insurance .....

have you logged into My Vodafone or checked on 777 to make sure this is not the same for you, as i know the free data insurance did not show when I texted 777 to check my balance. ...
