I haven't contacted Vodafone yet, but was just looking at my emailed bill again which i received the other day.
As I joined up awhile ago, and my partner is on Vodafone, we both got $100 credit which lasted us 3 months each. My last bill showed I had $38.38 credit. Enough to cover this months bill or so i thought. I am on Starter 600 which is $29.95 a month.

Anyway, the latest bill shows a pricing plan of $71. Made up of Choose 30 (charged twice) and two lots of 100mb data, again charged twice.  I spent about 1.80 on top of my usual You Choose 30 plan so in my calculations, my bill should be $31.75 leaving me $6.63 in credit.  I no longer want the 100mb of data, but have never received a text from Vodafone saying that the 3 months free data finishes soon.  But I read on their website that they send a text to tell you this.

Can someone from Vodafone sort this please.

The wait should not be that long

and are you sure the 2 lots of the plan showing on the invoice one lot is not 1 month in advance coming up? Look at the dates

If you have been charged twice, you should ring them. Seriously, Vodafone receives hundreds of e-mails a day (I am guessing) and if you want a quick resolution it's better that you call than wait for an e-mail reply.

Like Johnr says, the wait shouldn't be too long, especially when you call on the weekend.
