if anyone can help me or give me advice then they will become my best friend.
My grandparents have just arrived over from the uk, My grandad has brought his English phone with me and i managed to get a n.z sim card but it is "blocked' and needs a pass number or something.
We have called o2 in england and they have been [c***] [unhelphul] and said no they wont help as we are taking his business elsewhere and the vodafone store over here said they won't as it's illegal, but the guy did inform us when his boss went out back that we can get it done over here but its findling the right place.
has anyone got any ideas, i've looked on this website and i know there are people that do it but to be honest im not too sure about handing over my card details to something i don't know anything about.

anyhelp would be so much appraciated.
thank you.

What sort of phone is this? Brand? Model? Maybe we could help, maybe not, depends on the brand and model. :)
