So as discussed in the iPhone release thread, some of us are quite keen to line up outside a Vodafone store to be the first to get the iPhone 4 out of all the countries getting it on the 30th.

First things first though, what is the best Vodafone store to queue up outside of in central Auckland? The Queen Street store could be good?

After we have that sorted, just need Vodafone to confirm when the store is opening (so that we know how early to get there Laughing )

So, lets get the ball rolling!

(MODS: Wasn't sure where to put this but it does relate completely to vodafone... Move if need be)

Wicked! Sounds like a good deal for both of you. If I wasn't re-signing my contract I'd probably pay someone to do it too!

I'll be heading down to the Queen St store at 6.15am on the 30th. If no-one is there then I'll go back to work and return every hour until a que forms. That said I'm happy to stay down there until the store opens and text anyone who wants a que size update. Just wish I knew when the store opens!

Well the store normally opens at 9am but if we can get together a whole lot of people, I don't see why they might make an exception :)

I wonder if Vodafone is initially going to only sell the iPhone 4 to on-account customers like they did with the 3GS?

Ahh yes I signed up for the notify me thing on vodafones website about the iphone, what a waste of time that was.  It is now Wednesday, are they going to notify us on Friday?
I would have expected something by now.....
