Hi There

Can anyone help me find an easy way (or should I say ANY way) to get Fax Terminating Service loaded on a Vodafone SIM?

We sell boxes that allow normal G3 Fax Machines to be connected to Vodafone's network.  Units work great and easy to setup.  The hardest part of the process is trying to get Vodafone to setup up the required Fax Terminating Service on customer's SIM card.

Have spend some time with Customer Service offering Fax Mail or being told the service not available (which I know not the case as have the service loaded on one of our SIMs and works a treat!)

My understanding is on a single SIM you can have Four different numbers loaded...

Fax Mail
Fax Terminating Service
Data Terminating Service
Voice

The Fax Terminating Service is what we are after (uses CSD data I think).

Anyone out there that can help with either a good contact at Vodafone or an internal order / setup code that would help Customer Service or VBC's to know what they are looking for so we could let our customers know would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers

Hi John

Yes it is - thank you very much!

Customer was at end of their tether  Smile

Is there a recipe we can use to simplify the process?  This customer really likes the solution but cringing at thought of setting up 10 or so more SIMs...

Thanks again for your help.

Cheers
