My parents are thinking about going with Vodafone for internet as they are paying too much for their Xnet connection. Does anyone know what brand and model the 'Vodafone Broadband Complete device' is?

Sorry, this is not an answer, but...

1."Help" is not an appropriate subject. Remember to make a meaningful subject otherwise people won't bother even reading your post.

2.This is in the wrong forum. I am moving it to the correct one.

If you follow those two simple rules you have more chances of getting good replies.

Cheers, I think my problem was I was searching with too restrictive terms and only in New Zealand. Should have known it'd be Huawei, I have one of the Vodafone branded phones and it is a Huawei

I've switched over form Xtra to VF and received a D-Link DSL-526B modem as part of the package, that said I am happily using my Telecom supplied free Thomson wireless modem on VF, thanks :D

Yea the modem is made by Huawei, pronounced "who are we".

The DSLAMs used in VF's LLU red network are also made by Huawei.
