We are thinking about moving over to Vodafone - and you would think it would be easy to get someone out and talk to us but it isnt

*  On the business section there is a form to fill out and it says someone will contact me, I filled it out now a week ago

*  On the contact us numbers page there is a number for i quote "For all business mobile and business landline enquiries" on 0800 400 888 - called them but they only sign you up over phone and told me I should talk to a local vodafone store?

Is this correct a local dealer will handle our complex move?

Or is there a page on the vodafone website ive missed for companies to move over?

Yes, you would think they would jump at the opportunity to sign up new business. What city are you in? Most places should have a Vodafone/First Mobile/Digital Mobile etc store with an outbound consultant that could come out to talk to you. How complex are we talking? What services?

Just would have figured they would have a corporate team, we have over fibre phones/internet, our own APN for use on mobiles, and of course 0800 numbers and mobiles

Ill give a local store a call

We have a business support team who will be happy to hear from you - call 888 and they'll guide you through what we can offer, who is involved, how many connections etc.

I'll have a look at that page on the website - it sounds to me like it's out of date.

Any problems, DM me here and I'll get someone to give you a call. What part of the country are you in?

Cheers

Paul
