I have just converted one of my VFX numbers to Open VFX and am trying to get X-Lite to work.

X-Lite registers and I can make outgoing calls.  Incoming calls however go straight to voicemail so I assume there is a problem with incoming communications.

My router/modem is a AG310 (which is also running another VFX line) and I have tried turning off SIP ALG and port forwarding 5060/5061 but it does not seem to help.

In the X-Lite debug log it does seem to create an entry when the incoming call occurs but no useful info (just a warning  RESIP:STATS .....)

Any ideas on where to go next to debug/fix the problem ?

Thanks !

Most likely a nating issue as your details will be correct since your making outbound calls, the inbound calls will probably getting blocked at the SIP level, do you have stun enabled ?

If not try using this setting, stun.wxnz.net and see how you go, send me a PM with your details if still an issue and I will take a look and see hat is happening

You have a 922 as well trying to register with the same Phone number, did a quick update for you , inbound calls are all working okay now, but best to turn the spa922 off

Ok, I might be a bit blunt, perhaps being Friday evening and all, but... Seriously folks, if you ask for an open configuration make sure you know what you are doing, or at least make sure you eliminate all possibilities of things going wrong...

That's why until now VFX was "closed".

</end blunt comment>

Thanks for that, the SPA was the old device I converted from which appeared dead, obviously not.

I will allow blunt comments just this once since it is Friday and all, and an embarrassing oversight :)
