Hi

I am a vodafone customer. This year I discovered I am in the phone book. And am now getting lots of unwanted phone calls from people wanting to sell me stuff. I never asked to be in the book..

How can I stop these calls from happening..

What are my choices..?

Thank you...

Seems like the only answer.

I guess you need to tell Vodafone to keep your number unlisted..

thx

andyb: you can get your number removed from the telemarketing list http://www.marketing.org.nz/cms/Resources/103
http://www.nzma.simplicitycrm.com/editors/content.aspx?config=NRR_DoNotCall

I believe that is voluntary though....

ie: The marketing companies dont have to abide by that list.

I put my number on it a while ago and the number of calls has dropped a lot, so obviously most companies do take notice of it. :)

Now, how do I get HRV to stop calling us every week......... they dont seem to have a central system to know how often and when they last called potential customers... 3 calls this month already.
Think next time I wont be so nice about it.

I dislike the calls at 1:30am from England or USA...
