Karori here - Turned TV on tonight and no picture. Error message from T-box about network connection or lack of. T-Box modem online light is off - reset of modem no worky. Anyone else with similar issues?

My Internet cable modem is fine as I'm sending this thorugh it

Have you tried power cycling the modem. Waiting until all lights are lit, then powercycle t-box?

So all lights are lit on modem?
Does the t-box show correct time and date on banner?
