Did anyone here lose a mobile phone in Alaska recently?

I lost a pair of sunglasses over there about 6 weeks ago. Does that count?

Hummmm. No, it isn't. Someone contacted me to say he found a Vodafone mobile in Alaska. He thinks is from New Zealand and wanted to return it. I just thought it would be interesting to find the owner (if possible at all), who would know the phone maker/model and the S/N to return it.

Why is that?

I had a foursquare friend requezt from a Chris, and when looked into it, found all these alaska references... put 2 and 2 together and came up with 20,000,000.  Thought it might have been related.
