Apologies if this is the wrong forum, mods please move if it is.
I have a Siemens MC35i cellular modem I'm trying to connect to. It's connection to the cell network is ok (or so says the blinking LED), but I can't send any AT commands to it. No matter what configuration I use I can't get a response in Hyperterminal. The unit appears to be working ok, and is sitting idle on the Voda network at the moment.
I've tried straight and null modem cables, but nothing. Does anyone have any experience with these? I haven't been able to find a way of resetting other than a power cycle, but that does nothing either.

Can anyone help?

Cheers

Hi, what handshaking are you using, I would suggest you will need hardware flow control

I've tried all available. xon/xoff, hardware and none. Pretty much every combination available.
It's not my PC because it's connecting to other devices over the same COM port.
