Just got a text from VF claiming that due to system issues my connection has been moved to a new billing # of *******. Please ensure you use this number when making payments, regards Vodafone.
Is it just me or does this seem an odd way to inform someone of an account number change?
I have called CS to confirm that this has actually happened and they checked my ac number and it's correct as per the text. Thought I better make sure I wasn't being scammed.
