I am getting flaky internet connection here in Wainoni, Christchurch.

4.5mbs d/l and .56 u/l. As far as I know we are supposed to be on ADSL2 here.

it works fine for most things but if I try to look up google maps or youtube it sometimes sits there spinning and looking at me, doing very little. Other times it works fine. A few other sites it does it too but mainly OS sites.

Ok, now is the time to tell me its all in my head Tongue out

Hi, what are the line stats from your modem, it could be that its gone to pot while they commission the cabinet youare on, you are on cabinet LIN/L which is due to come on line next month (Dec).

Of course there still could be issues with Telstra, although they recently installed their google cache so youtube and maps should just be there.
