vodem not working

when i plug in into usb i get a flashing green light then about 10 sec latter i get blue light

but nothing happens so i can't use the net anybody know why this is ?

flashing blue means Vodem is seeing the 3G network can you see the vodem as a drive on your machine?

yes i see nothing on my computer ive tried all 3 computers i have here still not showing up on the computer

windows 7 and no i do not see it as a drive :(
