Last week I went over my bandwidth cap and got limited to dial up speeds and now that my plan has reset, my internet speed seems to be going extremely slow - 90kb/s is the max speed when it use to be 400 - 600kb/s

Did a speed test and got this.. https://www.speedtest.net/result/1036196759.png

Anyone else experiencing issues with ihug?

Some info from your modem/router could be a help.
Line Attenuation,
SN Margin,
Bandwidth/Sync Speed.

Have you tried rebooting your modem/router?

Yup samething happening to me but my max speed is 110kbps...used to be 800+

The the other difference is when i do a speed test i get this

Not weird. Your ISP is probably caching the file used for testing, or is giving extreme priority to Speedtest, to skew test results (if it's done in bad faith, which we don't know).

oh okay. That makes a lot of sense.

I had made a post earlier about the results i was getting, and all i got was some guy replying saying "cached". I didn't get what he meant. but now i do

By the looks of the speed results, it can't be from your DSL line. So the only explanation is that your browser is using a local copy of the file from its storage ("cache") to perform the test, so you get this number instead of the actual speed.

I agree, sure wouldent complain if I got that kind of speed

You have pretty bad line attenuation and sync rate there, you probably have a house wiring or line fault.

Try an "isolation" test, basically unplug every device from all the phone jacks.  Then plug back in the modem/router only.. check the line stats now are they better?  

If you have a different modem/router around try that and check the line rates.

If you can't find an obvious cause of the line rate drop, log a fault with your ISP's helpdesk.

nDSL or aDSL?
I had a similar issue and stats when I was on nDSL(naked DSL) turned out that one leg had droped (DSL was only using one wire of the pair coming from the exchange) If you have POTS service on the line, you would know before now if only one wire was connected
