Web pages and Videos load as normal on my vodafone broadband but downloading seems to have dropped by over 600kbps since 2 weeks ago.

Will this info be any Helpful? i have no idea about all this internet jizz. any help will be appreciated.

Downloading torrents or http? Maby they are speed limiting torrents as a measure to solve backhaul congestion.
