hi all...my land line is through vodafone but it used to be telecom......i have various phone jack points around the house but only one is active...
i asked voda how much it was gonna cost to open these lines they said it was gonna be expensive...when i was with telecom they were gonna charge $150.
i want just one line but i want to be able to access all the jack points
a friend of mine said that its possible to do this myself as the "control box" is accessible in my garage..
is this true?? and how do i know what wires to move??
please help as i do not have hundreds of dollars to give to vodafone to move afew wires..
please note that a business used to run from here and so the jack points used to have have seperate lines (different phone numbers) and this confused telecom which is no surprise
any advice would be greatly appreciated
