I am sure you will find the drivers are 32 bit not 64

What is the error code in device manager?

There is no code, but I think I solved the problem by turning off the phone then I took out the sim & battery then put them back and turned on the phone hooked it up to the computer and I got a message saying “drive installed successfully” but nothing happens after that!! So what should I do next???
