Hi guys, my broadband just slowed to a crawl so I checked my usage and the online usage page said I had used 5GB yesterday, which I hadn't. I rang vodafone to be told that they had an issue or bug affecting some customers, and that they would reset my usage for yesterday to zero and I would go back to normal speed. They did this in 15 minutes of me calling. Great response, and I am happy with that.

But what if I hadn't noticed or rung them? I would still have been on dial up speed!

Thanks John, I was glad of the quick fix, but some people might not have known they had a problem

I had 16Gb usage apparently on the 23rd. I phoned their support today and they cancelled all the usage for that day.

well arguably there is only a problem if the person is aware of it. If they didn't notice, then they weren't having a problem.
