As most of you will know when you use up your usage with TC, they just issue you with another 10gb pack. I was wondering if its possible to do what other ISP's do and just go to dial up speeds for free?

Nope. TelstraClear have never offered that, and it's actually something most ISP's are moving away from.

Gee there are other threads with users demanding telcos be legally regulated to prevent dropping to sub 128k speeds.

Should put everyone in a room to fight it out.

Telstraclear don't offer that option, other ISP's like Snap, Xnet and Slingshot do though.
