I switched to VFX last month and I have a feeling I received a bill, but can't find it on my email or in my MyVfx portal - what address does it get sent from so I can search for it?  Searching for vfx doesn't find it

Thanks

Andy

Bills arrive from ebill@wxc.co.nz.  I received last month's bill on 9 January @ 9:20am

Thanks for restoring my sanity!  I knew I'd seen it somewhere.

All your bills are available online via PDF through your account portal as well.

https://viewbill.xport.co.nz

If you haven't already created a login you will need your account number and a valid invoice number to do so.

Yep, I found that after my bill.  Is there any way the MyVFX site could be linked to the billing portal as I struggled to find it.  Also, I couldn't setup or view my billing payment online, this would be good too.  I'll be phoning tonight to check if I have already set up a direct credit payment.

Thanks

I have to say I find it very confusing that there isn't a single page with links to all those different management subsites provided by WorldxChange on the WorldxChange page.

Try going to http://www.wxc.co.nz/ and finding where to see your bill, manage your VFX line, or anything else really. I know http://www.xport.co.nz/ lists all, but it's not intuitive.

Yea their online self service system is terrible. One of the reasons I chose not to use them for office internet. Seriously if they made it half decent it may cost 30k but they'd save that on call center staff in no time. I had to constantly ring them up for the most basic stuff....

Fully agree here - online self service interfaces really need to ramp up and make it easier for the customer to actually use those things. Everything is so disjointed currently.

The link I've posted above should give access to all areas of your account with us using a single login. From billing records, calling records, internet services and vfx portal options.

This page has all the links you need.

As a (former) WxC dealer, I had no idea how disjointed all their different systems are, until I became a personal customer myself.

One login, one portal, and you can do everything from within that, please.

There is a menu item My Stuff with 5 options. One is web mail, one is signing up to e-mailed bills, 2 of the items are identical (View Bill and Accounts, I think it used to be different), and the other item is VFX management.

So essentially there are only 2 pages, 1 for your account and 1 for VFX settings.
