Hello,

Have just bought a silver Vs2, but am struggling to get anything working via Vodafone Live.

When I try to connect to basically anything on Vlive, it tells me an error message and that I am to contact customer services, attempts to quote a number that doesn't even exist to call.

Driving me insane - please help!

Where did you buy your phone from, and is it new, or secondhand, and is it NZ new or from overseas?

Take it in to a VF store, get them to check it out. might be a setting on VF's end.

Is it okay to take it to a Vodafone shop even if I bought it elsewhere?

In the name of good faith I would expect a VF store to take a cursory glance at anything obvious (to them), but really, Farmers should be dealing with it, or if they cant, refunding, repairing or replacing.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

After my 3rd email, I finally recieved an email back from Vodafone and they are going to check out my account, so hopefully that is the end of that! I haven't been able to log on and check whether V Live! is working regardless, apparently some sort of upgrade is currently going on....!
