Hi i got sent this ATA as the wireless IP phone i have locks up intermittently witch is pretty painful.

I have been trying to setup this ATA but cannot get it to register i assume i have some setting wrong somewhere but don know what i´ve done wrong I´ve attached a screen shot of my settings .

Primary SIP server is wrong for a start.

I wouldn't expect much from this device, Gransstream make a lot of junk. The only product I've ever used that was any good was the GXP3140, but even that had buggy firmware.

take out the OBP setting pan.wxnz.net and put that into the SIP server, stun.wxnz.net is a STUN server and is used for NAT translation in the sip messaging. if you have issues with the box not receiving calls it will be to do with your natting or firewall, best advice is to set a static IP for your box.

also change your DTMF method to RFC2833,

Also please make sure you have the most up to date firmware

Also would be wise to remove the screen shot as it has your userid / phone number and auth details there sitting in a public domain, 2 out 3 details required to access the network....
