I think many people would agree that logging network problems can be an interesting exercise a lot of the time.

Conversely, from the telco's point of view many "network issues" are actually user issues.

The following "Mark the Spot" iPhone/iPad app from AT&T looks like it could be quite useful for both parties.

Maybe Vodafone could produce something similar?
