Hi, I just went to reboot my cable box (had no EPG for 3 days) and now it wont start... The 2 digit LED display on the front counts 0, 1, 2, 3 and then says "rA" and switches off. no life from there. Any ideas?
Edit: It's really going to suck for the kids if it wont start because we have no FTA aerial so no TV!
You tried calling them recently? Especially since the 22nd! I tried twitter, but I thought that someone here might have a key combo / hint to reboot it.
timmmay: Good point. I thought their customer service was in Manilla or something anyway, so other than extra load shouldn't be too bad.
When I call TC I call from my cell, which has a speaker phone. If they have to pay for an hour of my on hold on my cell I don't mind too much :)
HAHA, true! I actually did get through to them (about 2 mins ago), sounds like my STB has died... tech coming 0830-0930 tomorrow! And it wasn't even Manilla! I was amazed after the disaster that was my "moving house". Apparently they have been listening!
Still, it sucked being tied to a phone on my week off :(
