Just noticed on vodafone's website they are running one of those surveys where they want to know why you are visiting the site so they can make improvments.
Thing is that the survey opens in the same window rather than a popup, if you click yes to doing it.
At the end, the survey then tries to close the window, which of course then takes the potential customer away from vodafones website.
When I worked in retail, we knew about this concept called 'shopping mode'
When a customer enters a store, they dont want to be disturbed like finding a pallet of stock in the middle of an aisle as this takes them out of their unconscious shopping mode and into a more conscious analytical mode.
Completley taking me out of the vodafone website just did that to me.
I wanted cellular data prices, thought i would do the survey to win a phone along the way, and now im completley out of the website and on geekzone?
