Hi there,

I am trying to configure the Vodafone APN settings on a Telecom R6. I can't seem to find them through Google. Also the phone only seems to get "No Service" or 1 bar; my iPhone has 3. Please help me enter the APN settings and find out why there never seems to be good service. Thanks

The area you are in may have better U900 coverage and the Telecom R6 does not support this band (this is guessing as I don't know where you live)

There is your issue this is a UMTS 900mhz area with some UMTS 2100mhz coverage

http://www.vodafone.co.nz/coverage/ search Tamahere

The handset you have is best suited for Telecom XT UMTS850mhz
