Hi

I want to remove the broadband off my account, its was one of those 3 months free when signing up, logged in online and can see the addon but there is no cancel button, last time I renewed my plan I was given reminder notices at the end of the 3 mths with a number to text to cancel it.  This time that didn't happen and now I'm paying for it, tried txting 756 but apparently thats only for prepay.  I tried ringing 777 and the automated message said please wait 10 -20 minutes......um no thanks....
