As from June 2011 (according to my latest bill) there will be a $8 late payment fee.

Surely WxC should provide an easy, online way to pay your bill?  Having to call the help desk to pay via credit card and/or register a credit card for future payments seems very "offline" for a comms company.

/end rant

I pay by direct debit, as you get a tiny discount so don't need to do anything . However I think I used to pay by credit card, and they just debited it at the end of each month.

Have been with WxC for 6 years... Always paid via internet banking... How lazy are you? Direct debit is easy!

On-line payment via an XNet portal is not needed, because your internet banking already provides that and cost you (and them) nothing. I don't think they will waste money/resource on maintaining a payment portal.

I just pay every month, using my Internet banking. This is not "offline" at all. Or one could use automatic payments (which I don't really like - what it there's a billing error and more money is taken from the account than needed, etc)?

Surely in bringing in a late payment fee you should make it as easy as possible for customers to give you money?
