Over the past few days I've been having a few problems with the Lan ports on this router.

The router is provisioned for VFX running a fusion connection and I've had it about 3 - 4 yrs.

I have two devices connected to the router via lan ports. The other day I noticed I had no link light on my PC (port 1 on router).  Changed the cables etc and all I was getting was an occasional flickering light.  The same seems to be happening with Port 2.

I'm now plugged into ports 3 & 4 and these don't seem to be very reliable either.  I get a lot of packet loss and if I try to ping the other device with 100 pings I get about 5% Unreachable.

If I plug the devices into another switch with the same cables I have no problems at all.

I've tried a full reset, reloaded the firmware (was already the latest) but still have the same problem.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I suppose with being on Fusion I don't have many options with router upgrades other then a SRP527. I don't really have the money to throw at a new router at the moment.

Try a new power supply (power brick) - these have a habit of dying after a few years.

A generic DSE / Jaycar one will be fine. Make sure the voltag e & polarity match what you have, and the current rating is at least as high.
