HelloWe are introducing new technology to our cable network in the Christchurch region.
To carry out the required upgrade, we must impose an outage of your cable modem service.
For those with our digital TV service, this will also affect the electronic programme guide.The outage will occur at the following time:
1am (0100hrs) on the morning of Tuesday the 20th of June for 5 hours.
The actual impact on your individual service will be for up to 1 hour between 1am and 6am.
Normal service will resume by 6am.We apologise for this disruption to service and any inconvenience this may cause you.
