OK so i asked about what they are like a little time ago in this forum.
after that i call Vodafone and asked for one to be sent out, about Wednesday week ago. so after a long talk with the girl on the phone asking all the stuff, like will i get better coverage and will it work with my modem, i got told it will only work with the white modem (the one i have)!
any way a week later still no sure signal, call Vodafone. sorry we did not send it as your account is locked! Me WTF?
Vodafone oh sorry we ordered it under the wrong account and we will send one out now, could take up to a week.
Me a full week?
Vodafone may be less......

i go to town, find one over the other side of town, Vodafone North Lands Christchurch.
cool bring it home plug it in. solid red light!
call Vodafone support, get told that the White modem is to old and that i will have to pay $149 or sign up to a full year to get a new one!
so i have now parted with $349 for the sure signal and singed up to a full year plan (sold my self out).
so all in all this is turning in to the costly mess!
my question is why don't Vodafone give you a new modem why you buy a sure signal?
or offer a free one?
And is it me or is Vodafone customer service going down hill fast?
I'm now weighting for 50 sure signals to turn up on my door :P
