No, nothing to do with WxC... They can access their emails, and I can connect via LogMeIn to their laptops. One of the laptops can browse websites, the other can't.

Strange though I can't, from their laptops, browse to 192.168.1.1 (their router). I'd like to reset it but can't do it now, for some reason (unless WxC has decided to disable all access to the router, which was enabled before?)

Ok, asked them to power cycle the router, got web access to it again. Her laptop still not getting to web sites on port 80, his laptop working fine.

Time to check for the other stuff then...

Hard work being the IT expert for the relatives isn't it, I'm really crap at it myself as I don't tend to have the patience :)
