We commonly see complaints and brickbats aimed at telcos on this site, so to balance things, here’s a bouquet.

 

And the recipient is…….Vodafone!

 

I’ve recently moved to Napier South, and into landline broadband coverage, so I decided to take up the VFNZ Easy Pack. This with some trepidation, however….

 

But everything went smoothly. I ordered the pack on Tuesday, received my modem/router and filters by courier on Thursday, and by Thursday evening I had my broadband connection up and running.

 

There were a couple of adjustments needed to my account, and these were handled swiftly and efficiently by the Auckland CSRs, and now everything is working smoothly. And its a lot faster than my former 3G Vodem connection…

 

So thanks VF, and well done!
