I can't get to the iTunes app store on TC cable this evening. Is it working for anyone else?

It's fine for me but I have had frequent intermittent problems accessing it for a long time, and these problems seem to be widely reported by users of various ISPs and in various locations.

It's working fine on my flatmates mac, and my iPod, but not on my PC. I can download updates to apps, I just can't get to the app store to buy new ones.  When I start iTunes it just sits there chewing up CPU, one full core of my quad core.

Odd.

Tried to rent a movie tonight and searching was a pain - at least five timeouts before finding the movie...

The app store hasn't worked for a few days for me now. Seems TC have some problems with their network, between this and SMH.

I think the biggest problem with logging faults is calling, waiting 45 minutes on call, being asked to reset your modem, being asked to plug your PC directly to the modem (which requires at least a ten minutes wait for the MAC table to clear up at the nodes), all for... nothing, since we all know it's now a problem in our networks.

Yeah that procedure is a waste of time. Apparently if you email them it goes straight to second level support, but they take days to get back to you.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your patience. We're working on this:

Customers may experience slow browsing to a small number of sites. Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

I've also been experiencing iTunes access issues on both my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 for days and days now.  But I'm based in Auckland and on TCL ADSL.

It's more than a little frustrating...

After I run iTunes on Win 7, if I can't access the app store, 25% of my CPU (one core) is used by mdcrashreporttool.exe. Is anyone else experiencing this?
