My new SRP521 works very well - until I add VFX provisioning. Something in the VFX profile breaks the DNS Proxy on the router. There are no changes visible via the web interface, and I can still ping a URL from the router's diagnostic page. If I set the internal computers to access DNS direct to the upstream service (TCL) all works OK, but the router itself won't proxy DNS queries. I am very puzzled trying to figure how voice provisioning settings could break the DNS proxy. I will have to try my luck with the help desk in the morning, although I'm tempted to request a switch-over to Open VFX so I can sort it myself. Has anyone else has struck this problem?

That's interesting. I have a SRP 521W here and I can manually enter the DNS in its configuration, can't you?

Yes I can enter it here too, and it works just fine until I put in the VFX voice provisioning url and reboot - then the DNS proxy stops working. Everything else, including phone calling, seems to be ok.

Do you need DNS proxy enabled? WIthout it enabled, the DHCP server should just hand out the IP addresses of whatever DNS servers the SRP is configured with (either dynamically from your ISP, or statically if you do it that way).
