What's wrong? It's not a very descriptive fault.

Crap? If you mean greening out (lots of green interference) then yeah.
FWIW, have done a restart of all the devices
Looks like TCL's site is down too. Think this started about the same time you posted. Internet seems fine....

Digital feed to T-Box is well and truly corrupted here in kapiti.

Audio is more absent than stutter, and the picture is mostly green pixles.

It is teh munted.

Yes.  Heavily pixilated / green over the bottom 80% of screen, sound cutting out constantly (~20% or less audible).  Trying to watch the 6pm News, but the content is basically undecipherable.  Edit:  location = Khandallah.

Same here... Paraparaumu. They better fix this before the last episode of The Walking Dead tonight!

Sounds like a major problem. Telstra are saying they have no idea what the problem is. Another nail in the coffin as far as I'm concerned.

In Christchurch and it's flipping out on me too. Scrambled images, choppy audio.

Just as it got to an interesting bit on a documentary with Brian Cox.

eta: waited a few minutes and it's okay now.

Hi Guys, Service on Cable TV was interrupted at approx 6:26pm. Investigation started immediately and once fault was located we switched over to standby equipment. We apologise for interruption to your viewing. Thanks, Tim.

We still have the 'padlock' on our main T-Box three hours later. No access to material previously recorded, and half an hour of very precious time spent with the call centre has yielded 0 result. Not happy customers here!

Hi NZDiva - Try a power recycle by removing the power plug from your decoder and wait 30 secs before plugging back in...

Thanks, have tried that about 5 times since 6.30, incl whilst on the phone with customer service rep. Recycled both modem and T-box but no joy.  Have had an offer to send in a technician "some time next week" to replace the box but since we have four weeks worth of viewing on the current one we aren't really happy with that. Our secondary T-box upstairs is working again since the glitch earlier this evening but we hardly use that one and, again, can't access most of the stuff we've recorded and really want to watch right now.
