How long does it take (usually) for TCL to activate a plan after you upgrade over the phone? I rang 8 days ago and upgraded to HighSpeed 10GB and I still have not been upgraded, my old IP still works.

They often tie it in with your billing cycle so it will not change until that finishes.

What plan where you on? If it was one of the "newer" plans and you simply wanted to change to the 20Gb plan then it should happen the next day and your IP won't change.

If you were on an old plan then it will probably happen on your billing date.

I just checked and the High Speed Starter is an old plan, I get billed monthly on the 28th... I guess that makes sense then. Thanks for shedding light on that one. :)
