Why do TelstraClear technicians insist in giving out the old Paradise DNS (203.96.152.4, 203.96.152.12) instead of the new ones (203.97.78.43 and 203.97.78.44)?

Could someone at TelstraClear please send out a memo to technicians on the street to STOP USING THE PARADISE DNS OR THEY RISK BEING FIRED?

I've actually been having heaps of issues with the new ones. (timeouts)
So I've been running the old ones for the last 2 days with just the usual problems.

I'd have thought their DNS update project would be well ahead now...

On telstraclears website help side it says those new DNS numbers are for clearnet & the older ones are Paradise users.

This is under windows xp setup but does say about DNS numbers to use.
